Here we completed the full strip out of ANZ Bank Bondi Junction. Works involved in this project include the removal of fittings and fixtures, internal walls which were layered with steel sheeting, over 3 tonnes of automatic tempered glass sliding doors, floor coverings and over 3 tonnes of structural steel. Works were completed on time and on budget.

This project involved the removal of asbestos, concrete slabs and footings and a detailed demolition of the back portion of the house and upper level extension to make room for a fresh renovation.

This full house knockdown and pool removal needed to be kicked off straight away to make way for the new boarding home being built out at Kingswood. The weather wasn’t our friend through out this project but with the boys putting in a solid effort, we won the excavation and ground works as well.

Our Wareemba residential project saw this demolition carry out over two stages. Stage one involved an internal strip out, structural walls propped, saw cut and removed and the removal of a cantilever footing and brick wall at sub floor level. Stage two involved the removal of a concrete driveway, pedestrian crossing and a couple of small service trenches dug out for the plumbers and electricians.

As this restaurants lease had come to an end, it was time to be defitted to make way for a fresh new restaurant. All rubbish was seperated into different categories to minimise waste and we even managed to dismantle and donate some of the kitchen furniture to a start up restaurant in Willoughby.

With only a few weeks before Christmas, this detailed demolition had us full steam ahead. To make way for an accounting firm to move into this office space, a complete strip out was needed for this revamp. Everything including the kitchen sink came out of this project. Floors, walls, ceilings, bathrooms and kitchenettes were among the many that had to go. Items were segregated, loaded onto separate trucks and recycled at appropriate facilities.

This emergency defit in Sydney Westfield needed to be completed inside a small window over the Easter break. This job didn’t go without its challenges and surprises with a double layer of floor tiles and a triple layer of wall linings among the many. Like always, the team buckled down and got the project completed safely and on time.
